UF Health and Flagler Health+ have a shared vision to advance health care in Northeast Florida communities by delivering excellent health care services that are patient-centered, innovative and high-quality. Joining together will enhance Flagler Health+’s ability to provide high-quality health care services to underserved populations and expand access to care in the community.
